Addictions come in many forms: drugs, alcohol, smoking, food, sex, shopping, work, exercise, social media, negativity, etc. They provide a temporary escape from stress. But, when inappropriate methods are used, an imbalance occurs. The root cause of stress, hidden in the unconscious, is not resolved. And, a vicious cycle ensues.

Ayurveda is a healing system that not only restores balance, but its methodology also removes the unconscious blocks that create chronic stress. Ayurvedic treatments such as diet, nutritional herbs, meditation, therapeutic yoga, and an herbal detoxification process known as panchakarma, work hand-in-hand to create a shift on a physical level, as well as on a mental and spiritual level. The result is a transformation and unification of body, mind, and spirit that resolves the separation responsible for the addiction. Your true self emerges and the addiction is no longer necessary.
