Sarah will demonstrate how to make hot chocolate and hot cocoa at home, the difference between the two, and the history of hot chocolate. Learn about its religious history and indigenous origins, how it became a popular breakfast food, and why Victorian and Progressive Era Americans wanted kids to drink more of it.
