Peekskill and Primary Sources: Researching A Stop on The Underground Railroad

Peekskill and Primary Sources: Researching a Stop on the Underground Railroad
In this program, we will highlight Peekskill's role in the Underground Railroad through the use of primary sources. By learning how to use primary sources available at the Colin T. Naylor, Jr. Archives, participants will better understand the research process and be given the tools to set out on their own journey of discovery into Peekskill's local history. Hosted on Zoom; free and open to all.
Presented by Local History Librarian Rachel Stock.
This program will be presented as part of the Peekskill Freedom Movement and in honor of Wesley Wofford's statue Harriet Tubman - The Journey Freedom coming to Peekskill. Register here: http://bit.ly/38dYk0a.
